About Me

After having my son, I lost 45 pounds (15 of baby weight plus the extra 30 I've been carrying around since college). Now I love helping other people lose weight, get healthy, and create their own rewarding home-based business. I have a 2 year old son and three older stepsons. My chocolate lab and I are the only two girls in the house. In addition to being a health coach, I enjoy spending time with family, date nights with my hubby, photography and Project Life.
